Objectives Diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetic microvascular complications and is a frequent cause of chronic renal function failure .One-third patients of end stage renal failure are caused by diabetic nephropathy, which is a leading cause of the increased death rate of diabete . In the past, the mainly therapy are to reduce proteuria , control blood pressure , drop lipoids , control . meat and drink .But there are still many aeger making advancement to end stage renal failure .With the cytobiology and molecular biology development , a lot of reseaches have discoved that inflammatory cell infiltrate, many cell factors and mediators of inflammation increasing have a key point effect during the development of diabetic nephropathy. Current researches show that Tripterygium wilfordii have renoprotective effect on diabetic nephropathy , thus providing a new project that immunodepressant can be used to prevent and treat diabetic nephropathy .In this study , MMF was preventively applied to diabetic rats, aiming to observe its effect on 24h proteinuria, Ccr, TGF-β1 and CTGF expression and their interrelationships . To evaluate the protective effects of mycophenolate mofetil on the kidneys of diabetic and discover their mechanisms. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups , such as normal control rats (A), diabetic rats(B) , and diabetic rats in the treatment with mycophenolate mofetil (C) (MMF , 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1) . Two weeks later, 24h urinary protein , blood glucose were measured . Eight...
