As one of stressors, stress of physical activity has an obvious effect on body regulation net of nerve—incretion—immunity and metabolism system. Ill stress response can induce maladjustment of function of the neuroendocrine system and immune system,and finally result in the disease. Researches show that the longer time in stress, the more obvious anti-oxidative responses will occur. The function of aerobic exercise, which is one of the methods is used to release the stress, has attracted more and more attention. A further study on the influence of aerobic exercise on the anti-oxygenize system and its mechanism, therefore, has become a problem which has to deal with immediately.A group of 24 Wistar female rats was assigned for this study. The following indexes of the two groups (exercise stress group and aerobic exercise group) will be tested after the post-exhaustive exercise. The indexes contains MDA,SOD,CAT,T-AOC,CK,BU in heart,liver,kidney and serum. In order to know the effect that aerobic exercise has done on the free radical metabolism system specifically during the stress of physical activity, and observe the oxidative damage degree that the exercise stress has done to the heart,liver,and the kidney in the aerobic exercise group and non-exercise group. Meanwhile explore the mechanism how aerobic exercise improve the anti-oxidative system, and provide the theory gist that aerobic exercise can be used in exercise of fitness and sports rehabilitation.Aerobic exercise group is assigned to have a incremental load swimming training( the first week ,50min/day,then increased by 10min/day every week, until 120min/day. 6day/week).One day rest after eight weeks'training, then kill the rats after a post-exhaustive exercise. Take the tissue of hearts,livers and kidneys. Treat the tissues by methods of homogenate and centrifugation. Test the following indexes of these tissues and the blood serum. Tissue index contains Malondi aldehyd (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT),T-AOC etc. Blood serum index...
