Radio frequency ablation is a new physical technology in recent ten years. It uses 100kHz~3MHz electromagnetic wave and forms a loop circuit with a electrode. IN extension of radio frequency field, it forms distribution of temperature and realizes the therapy aim. RF ablation maze surgery method is attached more importance. Under open-chest direct observation, instrument uses RF ablation to let tissue coagulate and die by maze surgery method. By RF stable physical properties and good penetrability of electric current, its local pyrogenic effect let tissue coagulate, effectively block re-entry circle to eliminate atrial fibrillation. Compared to traditional incising method, this method has advantages of precise thermal and good curative effect, secure and easy to operate. This paper wants to test the stability of the system and modify the therapy parameter in order to instruct the experiment later through the finite element analysis and experiment study.Finite element analysis has been utilized to analyze the change of cardiac tissue caused by electrical-thermal coupled field during radio frequency (RF) atria fibrillation (AF) ablation. Based on the finite element modeling method, this paper analyzes the change of temperature and ablation area along time or voltage. The single electrode simulation results quantitatively show that the domain of thermal lesion can effectively cover the desired therapeutic region. It can reach therapy demand in 11s, and the highest temperature is appeared on the ends of electrode which can easily result in hot spots; the multi-electrodes simulation results show that the effect is more deeper in the middle electrode than the others, the temperature is higher when the space between electrodes is smaller, 2.5mm space distance is the best choice. The experiment includes the load experience and vitro experience. The...
