| Induced labor in middle pragnancy means the ways that the pregnant women in 12th to 24th weeks stops gestation, there are many ways to be used, such as hyponome and Ethacridine injected in amniotic cavity which were inviding operation.The pregnant women were worried and seriously bellyache, the time course was longer , hemorrhage were more and infection after operation.Recently, mifepristone compatible with misoprostol stop early pregnancy had been used generally in internal and oversea with raising of living condition and requirment of safety and nontrauma in induced labor and getting satisfacted effect.But this way was explorated in induced labor of middle pregnancy,we get good effect by this way. Objective:Clinical effect of mifepristone compatible with misoprostol in induced labor of middle pragnancyMethod:Review 108 induced labor women of middle pragnancy in our hospital from Octobor,2004 to January,2006. By case control study,detect clinical effect of mifepristone compatible with misoprostol in induced labor of middle pragnancy .devide all these pregnant women into two groups, 58(observe group) with mifepristone compatible with misoprostol, 50(control group) with Ethacridine injected in amniotic cavity .Result:the medicine were no significantly difference in observe group(age26±8.5,22primipara,30multipara) and control group(age27±7.1,21 primipara,35 multipara) (P>0.05) In observe group,time of fetus delivery was 7.4±2.5 hours,all the pregnant women were all success in induced labor.which in control group was 52.6±18.1 hours,6 were fail ,the success rate was 88%,there are significantly difference.(P<0.05). 56 placenta and fetal membrane were complet in observe group(96.5%) and 36 in controlgroup (72%),there are significantly difference.(P<0.05).Blood volume in observe group was 90±25ml and 92±26.5ml in control group, there are significantly difference.(P<0.05).Side effect: In observe group,there were over frequency and strong of uterine contraction, 3 pregnant women were nausea, mild diarrhea,fever in face and indisposition in center of palm. In control group ,4 were lower fever,nausea by seriously bellyache .Conclusion: Mifepristone compatible with misoprostol can decurtate time of induced labor of middle pregnancy,which were higer succsess rate ,less side effect and convenient and safe way. |
