Effect Of Xie Huang Xiao Zhang Decoction On Patients With Chronic Severe Hepatitis And Endotoxemia

Objective: To explore the curative effect of Xie Huang Xiao Zhang Decoction in the prevention of chronic severe hepatitis and its endo-toxemia. Exploitation peculiarity superiority Chinese medicine to improve clinical curative.Methods: Based on the randomize, single-blind, control designed clinical trial was performed in our study. 60 cases of the early stage and metaphase were divided into two groups, ie, therapeutic group (the group of Xie Huang Xiao Zhang Decoction and west complex therapies) and the control group (the group of single west complex therapies). Two groups were 30 cases respectively. The therapeutic group included 19cases of the early stage and 11cases of metaphase; The control group included 18cases of the early stage and 12cases of metaphase. On the base of complex therapies that two groups got, the therapeutic group was treated with Xie Huang Xiao Zhang Decoction, every day a dose, all for 20—60 day . On the first day of the therapy, the serum level of liver function (TBiI)and ET were detected respectively, After therapy, we would compare the clinical effect between two groups in term of the above content.Results: At the end of the therapy, compared with the control group, the serum ET level of the treatment group was much significantly lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum TBiI level of the treatment group was no much significantly lower(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, symptom score of the treatment group was much significantly lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the therapeutic group was significantly higher (P<0.05) and the complications of the therapeutic group were significantly fewer than the control group (P<0.05).
