Objectives:In order to ensure the teaching efficiency of the medical postgraduates courses and the training quality, this article carrys on the related discussion about the medical postgraduates teaching evaluation work and the construction of assessment system. Therefore, this article preliminarily forms a scientific and practical teaching quality evaluation system for postgraduates in medical science.Methods:Qualitative analysis:Through literature, expert consultation and panel discussion, at the same time reference related evaluation index and on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad, and in the top-level design principle and total quality management theory as the theoretical guidance of this study, a preliminary medical postgraduate classroom teaching quality evaluation system was worked out. Quantitative analysis:the Delphi method was applied within the two rounds of experts’ consultations for constructing the evaluation system, then the analytic hierarchy process was utilized to ensure the index weight.Results:The qualitative analysis results:Around teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching attitudes and teaching efficiency of five level indicators, this article preliminarily builds the teaching quality evaluation system for postgraduates in medical science, a total of 28 secondary indexes under five level indicators. The quantitative analysis results:the positive coefficients of two rounds of experts’ consultations were 100%, and the 15 experts’ authority coefficients were over 70%, showing that the experts selected have good representative and authoritative. After the two rounds of experts’ consultations, The two layers of evaluation index system was established, including five first-level indicators and eighteen second-level indicators. Using the analytic hierarchy process and according to the established index system, the judgment matrix is constructed and index weight at all levels is calculated.Conclusions:The combinations of the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process in constructing the teaching-learning quality evaluation system of medical postgraduates’ courses is scientific, and it could provide the quantitative evidence for the teaching-learning quality’ evaluation work, the study has a certain reference value for other medical universities and colleges teaching quality evaluation work and the construction of teaching quality evaluation system.
