The Research Of Early Preventing Ovariectomized Rats' Osteoporosis With Combined Therapy Composed Of Athletics And Traditional Chinese Medicine Yin Yang Huo

Postmenopausal osteoporosis is becoming worse in the world year after year. Nowdays , there isn't any method to cure osteoporosis which was happened. So early prevention osteoporosis is more important than cure it.Regard Wistar rats as objects. According to the ovariectomized rats'biochemical indicators of bone metabolism with several methods'intervention, researched effect and mechanism of treating postmenopausal osteoporosis with combined therapy composed of athletics and traditional Chinese medicine, at the same time observed tissue section of lumbar . Hope to offer theory evidence to getting better method of preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis.Divided 30 seven-month-old female rats into 5 groups at random, and these groups were respectively swim after ovariectomia group(S), traditional Chinese medicine supplement after ovariectomia group(M), swim as well as traditional Chinese medicine supplement after ovariectomia group(SM) and two control group(ovariectomia group, OVX; normal group,C).At the seventh day after abdominal ovariectomia, used traditional Chinese medicine supplement therapy, athletics therapy and therapy of athletics plus traditional Chinese medicine supplement to treat the ovariectomized rats expect OVX group.Gave traditional Chinese medicine Yin Yang Huo 3ml/d to the rats of M and SM groups by intragastric administration, the dose was 5.36g/kg(equal to adult normal clinic level 20g/d ) ,once per day, other groups were given 0.9% Natrii Chloride. Made the rats of SM and S group adapt to swim 20min/d,once per day. They swam by increasing exercise load progressively firstly, initial intensity was 40min/d, 6 d/wk , then swam by increasing exercise load 10min/wk until the intensity was 60 min/d ,it last 3 week .Then the rats swam 30min/d with weight loading 4% of its weight for 6 weeks.When it's the seventieth day after ovariectomia, all the rats were killed for get serum,to measure serum calcium(Ca), phosphonium(P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and tartaric-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP) according to theirs kits. At the same time ,took the fourth lumbar, made these in tissue sections, observed after staining.Analysisd results and got conclusion:1.The result of StrACP of SM was 4.328±2.310 U/L , lower than OVX with significant difference (P<0.01);the result of ALP is 126.683±0.247 U/L, higher than OVX with significant difference (P<0.01). It means combined therapy of athletics plus traditional Chinese medicine Yin Yang huo is effective for early preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats ,which mechanism of action maybe performs through promoting bone formation at the same time pressing bone resorption.
