Purpose：To observe the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chineseand western medicine treatment of early diabetic foot.Material and method：Selected50cases of hospitalized patients admittedto hospital in2010February to20121diabetic foot, were randomly divided intotwo groups, control group26cases,24cases of treatment group, are to be thecontrol of blood glucose, blood pressure, lipids and other conventional diabetestreatment and care. Control group were given prostaglandin E1(Kay, Beijing TidePharmaceutical Co., LTD.)10ug intravenous0.9%sodium chloride injection250ml,1a day for2weeks； the basis of the treatment group in the control grouptreatment I traditional chinesemedicine steaming treatment on day1for2weeks.Were observed after two courses of treatment, the ankle/brachial arterypressure ratio（ABI） improvement in clinical symptoms and signs of improvementbefore and after treatment.Results：1.After two courses of treatment, the treatment group, the total efficiency of95.8%, control group, the total efficiency of88.5%.The total effective rateof the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, boththere is a significant difference between the way more significance (P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment in the group all symptoms,signs more had significant differences (P<0.05); The treatment group than incontrol group.3.Two groups of patients in the group before and after treatment more significantdifferences ABI (P <0.05); The treatment group than in control group.Conclusion：Treating Diabetic Foot in early stage with Combining traditionalChinese and western medicine treatment has a good effect．...
