Objective To research effect on tendon healing and adhearing after tendontransplanted with vascular vessel and protect paratenonMethods 30 rabbits were regarded as study objects ,the double Achillestendons were cut off and anastomosd in 24 ,the left Achilles were anastomosedwith protecting paraneton and circulation under microscope as theexperimental group(A); the right Achilles were handled as the left exceptresecting the peritendineum as the control group(B); the another 6 as thenormal group (C) without any surgical intervene. All the animals wereimmobilized with plaster 3 weeks. The sutured tendons were observed withnaked eyes ,under a light microscope and a transmission electron microscope.Hydroxyproline was also measured. Results Gross specimen observation and histology observation showedtendon's healing and adhering in the experimental group was better and lesserthat of the control group after 1,2,4 weeks; A group was significant differencewith B group at the same time (P<0. 01), by check-up Hydroxyproline, weconcluded A group was no significant difference with C group in 4 week (P>0. 05),but B group was significant difference with C group in this period(P<0.01).Conclusion Tendon graft with vascular vessel and protect paratenon changes...
