Reversal Of Multidrug Resistance Of K562/ADM In Nude Mice Of By FuFang TengLiGen' Mixture

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Fufang TengliGen' s reversal in multidrug resistant in nude mice of transplantation tumor of K562/ADM Cell.Methods (1) Nude mice of transplantation tumor of K562/ADM were established to study the revesal effect of FuFang TengLiGen' Mixture on multidrug resistance invivo .(2)Measure and calculate every team's tumor volume, inhibition rate of tumor volme,tumor weigh, inhibition rate of tumor weight after FFTLG were used. (3) Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to investigate the changes of P-gp expression and accumulation of intracellular adria mycine after different drug treatment.Results (1)When the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.4ml,0.8ml, combined with adria mycine ,the relative tumor volume inhibition rate was 30.17% and 44.79%,the inhibition rate of tumor weight was 30.50% and 42.37%,when the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.8ml ,and it was used independendly, the relative tumor volume inhibition rate was 22.08%, the inhibition rate of tumor weight was 20.49%.(2) FCM results showed that the expression of P-gp was 32. 75 ±2. 25 and 27. 52±2. 09 when the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.4ml,0.8ml, the expression of P-gp was 38. 12 ± 2. 53 when the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.8ml ,and it was used independendly .(3) FCM results showed that the expression of intracellular adria mycine was 126. 27 + 13. 21 and 151. 35 + 9. 78 , when the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.4ml, 0.8ml , combined with adria mycine , the expression of intracellular adria mycine was 83. 51± 19. 26 when the dosage of FFTLG mixture was 0.8ml。...
