Objective: To observe the serous level of the CD62p, CD63 which evaluate the injected red sage root's effect on the platelet activity and clinical treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Objects and methods:65 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into group A(33 patients )and group B(32 patients). The patients of group A were treated by the routine therapy, The patients of group B were treated by the combination of routine therapy and the injected red sage root (800mg iv perday ), The treatment course was 15 days.we examined the patients' serous level of the CD62p, CD63 by flow cytometric immunology respectively. 20 healthy volunteer were served as control group. We observed the patients' PaC02, PaO2 by blood gas analysis and mPAP by ultrasound cardiography before and after the treatment, and compared the results. Results: The serous level of the CD62p,CD63 in patients with cor pulmonale were higher significantly than those in contral group before and after treatment (P<0. 01), In group B , the blood CD62P , CD63 and PaC02, mPAP were significantly lower and PaO2 increased markedly after treatment (P< 0. 01) In group A, theseindex slightly improved (P>0. 05) , , Furthermore, the levels of CD62P , CD63 were positive related with that of mPAP; In group B and group A , the obvious effect rates were 65. 6% and 36.3%, the total effect rates were 93.7% and 72.7% respectively, The...
