Objectives:To investigate the effect of the oral glucose tolerance test to coronary heart disease patients'platelet activation..Methods:In this study,we included patients who were in the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang University between August 2017 and December 2017.Sugar tolerance test and platelet activation were performed in 177 patients,of all these 177 enrolled subjects,90cases(51%)are male, and 87 cases(49%)are female, with the age of 30-88years(60.7±12.34years),weight of 35-103Kg(65.16±12.68Kg),height of 140-83cm(163.2±8,22cm),BMI of 14.42-37.96kg/cm2(24.32±3.94).The subjects who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the clinical study. And all of the subjects had excluded infectio-n?pregnancy?menstruation?cancer?coagulation disorders?hematological system dise-ase?stroke?acute heart failure?malignant arrhythmia?valvulopathy?congenital heart disease?liver disease and kidney disease.Age,sex, height, weight,BMI,blood pressure, blood lipids, liver function, kidney function, blood glucose, postprandial blood sugar,HbA1C%and other indicators of 157patients were collected.PLT count,MPV,PDW,MAR,AAR,MAT,RBC count,RCV,RDW were measured by PL-12 multifunction platelet analysis meter.According to the value of fasting blood-glucose,postprandial blood sugar and whether coronary heart disease has or not.The subjects were divided into four groups. The group which FBG>6.1mmol/l and PPBS>7.8mmol/l refer to DM.According to Judkins of coronary artery angiography to assess coronary obstruction, which blocked more than 50%refer to coronary artery disease. All the collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Parametric variables were expressed as mean±standard deviation(SD),and categorical variables were expressed as percentages(%).ANOVA was used to compare more than two parametric variables,.P value less than 0.05 was accepted as statistically significant difference.Results:1.On an empty stomach of coronary heart disease, with diabetes and coronary heart disease, diabetes, coronary heart disease group:the number of platelets, platelet distribution width, comparison between groups P values>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Fasting MPV,MAR comparison between group, diabetic coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease without diabetes group P<0.05,AAR in coronary heart disease and without diabetic coronary heart disease, diabetic coronary heart disease group compared with non coronary heart disease and diabetic P<0.05.2.After OGTT,Patients with coronary heart disease group, diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease group, and non-diabetic coronary heart disease group:PDW,MCV and PLT group were all P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.MAR and AAR were associated with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,P<0.05;P<0.05 was compared between the group of coronary heart disease and diabetic coronary heart disease group, diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease group and without diabetes.3.Overall the coronary heart disease group, diabetic coronary heart disease,non-diabetes coronary heart disease group, according to the points in two groups before and after the glucose tolerance test, found that glucose tolerance test before and after the glucose tolerance test MPV,PLT,AAR,MAR comparison between groups,P<0.01.After OGTT,the group was increased by 18%,23%,25%in MPV,AAR and MAR,and PLT decreased by about 12%.4.According to HbA1c%,the diabetes group was divided into 3 groups,namely<6.5%,6.5-10%and>10%.The comparison between the three groups of MPV was found, and the>10%group was compared with the<6.5%group,6.5-10%group P<0.05.Correlation analysis was found that MPV was positively correlated with HbA1c%(P<0.001,r~2=0.20).Conclusions:1.The sugar load test can increase the platelet aggregation rate of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease for a short time, and the change of blood glucose value is positively correlated with the change of MPV.2.Changes in HbA1c%in diabetic patients were positively correlated with changes in MPV.
