Objectives:Through observing morphological change ,the effect of mifepristone on the expression of LIF,VEGF in human villous trophoblasts and the number of Hofbauer cell in human villous stroma during the early pregnancy , explore the immune mechanism of mifepristone used for medical abortion from the viewpoint of the Th1/Th2 balance .Methods:1. The morphological features of mifepristone group and control group was studied by hematoxylin-eosin staining .2.
