The biological effects of nanoselenium are multiple, the most important of which is anti-oxidizing ability. The study of this subject is about the stable effect of the sucrose to the nanoselenuim particle. Most polysaccharide have anti-oxidizing ability themselves. And magnify when combined with nanoselenuim which have no side effect to human. So in this thesis I mainly adopt alga-polysaccharide for adorning to make nanoselenuim and examine the anti-oxidizing ability. So it is great sense to study the anti-oxidizing ability of nanoselenuim-polysaccharide system. To study it, there are three main parts in this thesis.Part I: Introduce the biological activity of Se, polysaccharide and the abstract about how nanoselenuim is developed, as well as the sense and evidence of my study.Part II: How to produce liquid nanoselenuim-polysaccharide system. Because Vc has such strong ability to anti-oxidize that it will have a large impact on the whole system to affect the final result. So I use more SeO2 to make Vc react completely when producing nanoselenuim , the result showed that when Vc and SeO2 react by 4:5, Vc has run out completely, detected by circular volt-ampere method. Vc without hydrogen don't have the anti-oxidizing ability.When studying the dispersibility of the whole system of nanoselenuim system adorned by amylum, Eucheuma striatum polysaccharide, Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide and Undaria pinnatifida polysaccharide of different density by zeta electric potential and the distribution of particle diameter by laser scattering. The result showed that the nanoselenuim system has a good dispersibility when using 0.5% amylum, 0.5%Eucheuma striatum polysaccharide , 0.01%Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide, 0.2% Undaria pinnatifida polysaccharide and it is possible to make the particle diameter under 100nm. The speed of the reaction with polysaccharide particle slowed down and the solution with polysaccharide is still clear in the room temperature for half a month.
