Objectives:Lactobacillus are predominant members of the healthy adult female flora in the vagina microenviroment. They maintain the acidic pH of the vagina by producing lactic acid, thereby protecting the vagina against infections.[1]Lactobacilli may control the overgrowth of E.coli ,Candida spp, Gardnerella vaginalis and Mobilincus spp, by producing H2O2 and other inhibitory substances such as acidolin, and by competing for nutrients .[2??4]In some women, who are still in the reproductive stage of life , an abundant growth of lactobacilli may result in lysis of vaginal epithelial cells.[5?ï¿ 6]In the light of microecological balance of vaginal flora, we study the effects of inhibition of lactobacilli lysates on E.coli, staphylococcus, and look for a probiotics to treat vaginosis, which may instead of live germ product.Methods:1. Establishment freed pollution in rabbit model. Rabbits were administered by intravaginal amoxicillin and metronidazole solution ,everyday once, continued three days.2. Experimental infection. Established experimental vaginitis model by intravaginal bacterial injection with E. coli and staphylococcus aureus to freed pollution domestic rabbit, everyday once, continued three days.3 .Adjustment of Lactobacilli DM8909 to the vaginal dysbacteriosis in experiment domestic rabbit model.Experimental polluted rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups ,which were respectively treated with lactobacilli lysates, lactobacilli lysates in lower concentration, lactobacillus fermented broth, the probiotic lactobacillus and N.S for 7 days. Analyse and investigate variety in vaginal microecosystem.Result:1. Establishment freed pollution in rabbit model. Twenty four hours after establishment freed pollution in rabbit model, take vagina slice dye and blood plat panel development, confirm to have no germ to grow.2. Experimental infection.Vagina secretion development were taken on the fourth day after infection in order to infect the development were pure, authenticate and transplant of infection germ is the same germ stub, in the meantime vagina external appearance for the mucosa obvious blood shot, there is secretion. Guiding slice sees a great quantities neutrophil gobble up germs.3. Microecological antagonistic examination in vivo.Lactobacilli lysates, lactobacillus fermented broth and the probiotic lactobacillus all can lower neutrophil amount inside the demonstic rabbit's vagina and can alleviate certaily a function to the mucosa and the secretion.Conclusions:The effect of lactobacillus lysates had a fairy possitive effection on the experimental vaginitis in the domestic rabbits.
