Clinical Dynamic State And Application Value Analysis Of Indexes In Male Laboratory Examination

There is a long and long history in Andriatria,but it developes very fastly duo to growthing technology and basic research studied deeply since about 20 years ago.To recognit Andriatria is step and step from Aristotle's discuss 2000 years ago to today's test-tube baby and genetic engineering.when Andriatria is coming into being because of demand ,the methods of detection like conventional physical examination,seminal routine analysis, internal hormone determination, immunity infertility examination and so on are applied. Although recently years examination indexes in male Laboratory Examination changes little, to diagnose male infertility is gradually consummate and technology is developing. And examination indexes in male Laboratory Examination is to normalize and to standardize.it has considerable significance.the article reviews developmental history of Andriatria and examination in dexes in male Laboratory Examination, and summarizes clinical significance and deduction of examination indexes in male Laboratory Examination; Analyze the total data of the patients, according to WHO Standards,then detect the contents of male seminal plasma fructose and the activities of sperm acrosin, alpha-glycosidase and acid phosphatase; determine seminal plasma antisperm antibody, seminal mycoplasma, urethral epithelial cells chlamydia trachomatis , seminal plasma antitoxoplasmosis antibody(refer to detection methods);and then run statistical analysisof this indexes by Excel ,get everyone's total abnormal rates and abnormal rates of seminal routine normal groups and abnormal groups,do tabli and figuture, furthermore,make chi-square test of abnormal rates of seminal routine normal groups and abnormal groups and figuture between them.. In the total data,the abnormal rates of male seminal plasma fructose, acid phosphatase, seminal plasma alpha-glycosidase and sperm acrosin are 20.13%,58.34%(abnormal value〈460 is 6.98%,abnormal value〉1250 is 51.36%),44.52%(abnormal value〈21 is 39.39%,abnormal value〉65 is 5.13%),62.58%;the positive rates of serum antisperm antibody is 2.04%,, the positive rates of seminal plasmaantisperm antibody is10.55%, the positive rates of seminal mycoplasma is 44.57%, the positive rates of urethral epithelial cells Chlamydia trachomatis is 5.95%, the positive rates of seminal plasma antitoxoplasmosis antibody is 2.04%。According to analysis of seminal routine normalor abnormal, seminal plasma fructose, acid phosphatase of abnormal groups which are lower than normal value are more higher comparied to normal grouos , sperm acrosin and alpha-glycosidase of two groups is significant ,and mycoplasma and chlamydia of two groups is not significant, but the positive rates of seminal plasma antisperm antibody in abnormal groups is significant higher than ones in normal groups. Except for seminal plasma antitoxoplasmosis antibody , all the restshave higher abnormal rates in routine indexes ,so they should be considerd as routine examination indexes in male Laboratory Examination,but ought to reasonable adoptdetection of seminal plasma antitoxoplasmosis antibody according to patient history and touch history.refering to Key words in the text: male infertility; sperm acrosin; alpha-glycosidase;acid phosphatase; antisperm antibody;mycoplasma;chlamydia.
