ObjectiveChest surgical disease type is more,the patient's own shadow.Aiming at the particularity of the disease,in clinical research need to analyze the patient's condition in time,do a good job early diagnosis,targeted therapy combined with illness change.With the continuous development of clinical medical technology,the thoracoscope surgery form,as well as the application of single span thoracoscope surgery forms play an important role in the chest disease diagnosis.In this study,puckering thoracoscope surgery form,on different types of treatment,patients with chest disease to analyze effect.ContentThis study of single-hole thoracoscope surgery in the diagnosis of spontaneous pneumothorax,chest trauma,pleural effusion,mediastinum tumor,lobectomy,the effect of the application of the benign esophageal diseases were analyzed.ResultsSingle-hole thoracoscope surgery in the diagnosis of spontaneous pneumothorax,chest trauma,pleural effusion,mediastinum tumor,lobectomy,benign esophageal diseases play an important role in the treatment and diagnosis,patient satisfaction is higher for the treatments.While form is given priority to with minimally invasive treatment,the technology had no obvious negative effect on the patient's own,need paramedics performed according to requirements of the application process,improve the overall therapeutic effect.Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscope application in diagnosis and treatment of chest disease obvious advantages,compared to traditional surgery,the overall treatment effect is quite high.
