Juglans Mandshurica Maxim is a genus of Juglans L. family plants .It's belongs to deciduous trees,we can also call it Pecan.It is most plentiful in northeast and north of China and Hebei province. Several of them distributed in Henan ,Shandong province, and Russia,Korea,and Japan.Juglans Mandshurica Maxim is one of the most important medical plants,of which the peel , leaf and bark all can be medically used.It is recorded in the book named《Kaibao herbs》that Juglans Mandshurica Maxim used as a folk medicine in many aspect,such as in anticancer .Now ,we have proved not only Naphthoquinone and its derivatives,Flavonoids,Diarylheptanoids,Tannins,Ellagic acid and gallic acid ect,but also proved intensity anticancer ,antioxidantal,and pain-easing antibacterical effects.The anticancer effect is so especial ,that extract of the Juglans Mandshurica Maxim has been broadly used in cure cancer .Among the chemical component , Juglone is one of the most activity components.Recently a lot of literatures studied on medical spots ,effective component, pain-easeing and antibacterical effects.The basis of the Juglans Mandshurica Maxim root are naphthoquinone and its derivatives,diarylheptanoids ect,and which have been used in cure cancer in Korea.But until recently only severe scholars of Korea studied on the Juglans Mandshurica Maxim root ,so that the speed of the monocase activity is poor . This article conducted more thorough research on the root's husk of the Juglans Mandshurica Maxim of which chemical components separation ,structure identificationand anticancer activity .In the present thesis:1. We extracted and isolated the chemical components from the extract of the root's husk of the Juglans mandshurica Maxim by using Silica gel column , and ODS etc. Totally eight compounds were obtained.2. We primarily identified the structure of 6 compounds according to the IR, 1H-NMR ,13C-NMR, HMBC,HMQC, 1H-1HCOSY, MS. The compounds are identified that:two Naphthoquinone,two Naphthalenyl glucosides,a a-D-Glucopyranosyl,and a Sitosterol. These compounds respectively are:Ⅰ. jugloneⅡ.1,4,8-trihydroxynaphthalene-1-O-β-D-[6′-O-(3′′,4′′,5′′-trihydroxybenzoyl)]glucopyranosideⅡ.1,4,8-trihydroxynaphthalene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosideⅣ.α-D- GlucopyranosylⅤ.3-(4′,6′-dihydroxynaphthalene-7′-O-β-D-glucopyranosynaphthalene)-5-hydroxy-1,4-dinapthoquinoneⅥ. Sitosterol3. we have researched its extract of ethyl.Results shows that extract has Inhibition function on gastric cancer cell SWWC,lung adenocarcinoma cell A549,cervical cancer cell Hela and fibrosarcoma cell HT1080.especially in SWWC,Hela and HT1080.The satisfied results from chemical and pharmacological researches have raised our interesting in Juglans Mandshurica Maxim.the significance of which should appear in the future.
