Clinical Study Of Cluster Needling Of Electro-'DI'-Acupuncture On Movement Disturbance After Cerebral Infarcfion

1. Objective: To understand clinical therapeutic effects of cluster needling of electro-'di'acupuncture on movement disturbance after cerebral infarction and initial probe into the superiority of this treatment.2. Methods: Sixty-five cases of movement disturbance after cerebral infarction which were all conformed to standard of study and all insisted in treatment were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.To assess movement function, ADL and effective before and after treatment. ( Evaluation of movement function : using brief FMA appraisal table and the nervous dysfuncti-onal marks; evaluation of the activities of daily living scale: using MBI scale; evaluation of the curative effect: according to the decrease of nervous dysfuncti-onal marks and the level of illness and deformity.) To assess the clinical therapeutic effect of cluster needling of electro-'di'acupuncture after statistical analysis.3.Result:(1) The brief FMA has obvious difference before and after treatment in each groups( p<0.01 ) . There was an insignificant effect difference between the two groups (p>0.05) .(2)The MBI has obvious difference before and after treatment in each groups ( p<0.01 ) . There was an insignificant effect difference between the two groups (p>0.05) .(3)The nervous dysfunctional marks has obvious difference before and after treatment in each groups (p<0.01) . There was an insignificant effect difference between the two groups (p>0.05) .(4)There was an insignificant effect difference between the two groups.4.Conclusion Cluster needling of E-'Di'A possess better clinical curative effect.Compared with traditional acupuncture treatment, it can be practised easily, and has traits of no acupuncture wound, no pain, no infection. And the form of treatment can be accepted by patient easily.This treatment possess particular advantage.
