Objective: By using the machine of manipulation which Harbin Istitute Of Technology (HIT) treated, we will treat rats with injury of cervical nerve roots through the ways of manipulation of mechanical pressure of fixed quantity and fixed time in order to observe curative effect and discuss the repairable system of treating rats with injury of cervical nerve roots by the methods of manipulation of mechanical vibration from the point of view of molecule.Method: With the random principle, two hundred and forty wistar rats will be allocated equally to four groups which each group has sixty rats, namely they are respectively the group of manipulation of mechanical pressure, the group of NGF treatment the group of model contract and the group of blank contract In term of different time of being treated, each group are allocated to five Subgroups, namely the groups of 1d, 7d 14d 21d 28d .after one week, when incision of rats keep up, we could gait of rats and behave in experiment of grouping group and measuring diameter of forelimbs of them, and in the same time we could detect ex vivo starboard brachial plexus by electrophysiology and submandibular gland by the way of immunity and chemistry, and observe submandibular gland under light microscope. Results: There is marked diversity in observational index of four groups(P<0.05),It proves that the group being treated by manipulation of mechanical vibration is preferable to the one being treated by injury NGF and the rats to to be treated the much more times, injury of cervical nerve roots of them to recuperate the better .Conclusions: There is remarkable effect in treating injury of cervical nerve roots of rats by manipulation of mechanical vibration. The experiment provides a reliable theoretical evidence for ulterior elementary empirical study of manipulation and also provides molecule evidence of treatment of injury of cervical nerve roots.
