Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect on treating unstable angina pectoris with Anticoagulation and heart-protectingâ…¡Methods: 60 cases with unstable angina pectoris, cariac blood stasis by TCM diagnosis, were divided into two groups at random. 30 cases were treated with general Western medicine adding to Anticoagulation and heart-protectingâ…¡which served as treatment group,while the rest 30 cases, as control group , were treated with only general Western medicine. Then the clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram,TCM-symptom and general therapeutic effect were observed and compared.Results: After being treated for two weeks, the main effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, while the control group's was 90.00%.There was significant difference between them(P<0. 05).The therapeutic effect appeared that the extent, frequency, duration of angina pectoris and Nitrates drug consumption decreased obviously before or after treatment of the treatment group.There was significant difference when compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improving was 76.67%, while the control group's was 66.67%. There was significant difference when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclution:The therapeutic effect of Anticoagulation and heart-protectingâ…¡adding to general Western medicine was obviously.
