Clinical Observation Of Angina Pectoris In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (phlegm - Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose:To observe the angina adminstration of acupoint sticking method for the treatment of unstable coronary heart disease angina(phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type) of clinical efficacy.Material and method:80 cases of coronary heart disease unstable angina(phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type) patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment, the treatment group with angina plaster acupoint group on the basis of sticking, 2 weeks for 1 courses. 2 weeks later, observe the improvement of symptoms, symptoms of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, ECG and blood lipid changes in each group.Results: 1. Comparison of the angina pectoris curative effect : angina pectoris adminstration of treatment group was better than control group, and the two groups have obvious difference(P < 0.05). 2. Comparison of TCM symptoms curative effect : angina pectoris adminstration of treatment group was better than control group, and the two groups have obvious difference(P < 0.05). 3. Comparison of ecg curative effect : angina pectoris adminstration of treatment group and control group total effective rate were 85.00% and 62.50% respectively, and the two groups have obvious difference(P < 0.05). 4. Comparison of nitroglycerin stopped reduction situation comparison: angina pectoris adminstration of treatment group and control group reduced rate of 92.50% and 70.00% respectively, and the two groups have obvious difference(P < 0.05). 5. The changes of blood lipid: in the treatment group before and after treatment between TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, there significant difference(P < 0.05), control group before and after treatment, there is significant difference(P < 0.05), between the groups also exist significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Angina pectoris plaster acupoint paste dressing combined with western medicine and simple western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis type) has better efficacy compared, mainly reflected in clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, symptoms of angina, improvement of ischemia electrocardiogram, nitroglycerin dosage reduction and blood lipid levels improved. 2.Angina plaster acupoint application clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, no side effect, simple and easy.
