Clinical Study Of Using Kai Xiong Tong Bi Decoction In Treating Unstable Angina Coronary Heart Pectoris Of Intermingled Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives To observe the curative effect of angina pectoris,the changes of ST segment and T wave of ECG and the changes of TCM symptoms of kai xiong tongbi decoction on patients of unstable angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis type in the treatment,to provide new clinical thoughts and methods for the treatment of this disease.Methods From May 2016 to December 2017,100 cases of hospitalized patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed as phlegm and blood stasis type were selected as the subjectsfrom cardiovascular department of Baoding NO.1 hospital of TCM.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=50 cases)and the control group(n=50 cases).During the treatment,the patients no longer applied other therapeutic drugs to the disease.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with 1 doses of kai xiong tongbi decoction,2 times a day,early and evening.The two groups were 2weeks in the treatment.Before and after treatment,the changes of angina symptoms,improvement of electrocardiogram,symptom integral of Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome curative effect score,laboratory examination: blood lipid,coagulation,liver and kidney function and inflammatory,hs-CRP were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results The end of the study,48 patients in the treatment group completed the study,and 47 in the control group completed the study.There was no significant change in blood lipid,blood coagulation,liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).The value of hs-CRP was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.5)in the treatment(including the frequency,duration,the degree of pain)and the improvement of electrocardiogram(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the reduction rate of nitroglycerin,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome and the curative effect of TCM(chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness,body sinks,epigastric and ruffian,irritability,stool dry,face color Shaohua)were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Kai xiong tong bi decoction combined with the basic western medicine for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis type,It can reduce the coronary heart disease angina pectoris frequency,it can reduce duration and pain of angina pectoris.It can improve the condition of electrocardiogram and relieve TCM syndromes.It helps nhibit the reaction of cardiovascular inflammation.There was no adverse reaction in the course of treatment.The Kai xiong tong bi decoction combined with the basic western medicine is safety and effective,it should be applied in clinic.
