The toxic traditional Chinese drugs are important ingredients of the science of Chinese materia medica, and there is close correlation in the toxicity and efficacy of traditional Chinese drugs. There are the glorious history and the precious clinical experience about applicating toxic traditional Chinese drugs to treat the disease in the traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, with security level and supervision enhancing, the report about the toxicity of traditional Chinese drugs gradually increases. And the toxic traditional Chinese drugs is once misunderstood by persons. Therefore, the research about compatibility to reduce the poison is very significant.Application of toxic Chinese medicine to treat diseases, has a long history and valuable clinical experience, and the compatibility of Chinese elected to the basic form of medication is the main form. Bong and the "equivalent duty and phase" of compatibility theory. At the compound medicines Application Compatibility attenuated providing the fundamental theory. Medicines in the application and study, the most prominent And to be. And yes bold application of the pioneer drug toxicity. "Synopsis Drug Strategy," "typhoid", the compatibility of the use of attenuated And, improve the application of medicines by the efficacy and safety for our future generations to provide a useful reference. This experiment conducts the thorough research about poisonous function of the liver of Dioscorea bulbifera L. And through biochemistry examination , RT-PCR, the immunity enzyme indirect method and so on to discuss the influence of the Chinese angelica to the toxicity of Dioscorea bulbifera L. and the mechanism of reducing poison : 1. Dioscorea bulbifera L. to match Chinese angelica there were three groups 1: 1, 1: 2, 2: 1.After administration 21d to examine biochemical indicator of the liver, pathology and the activeness of the liver microsome metabolism enzyme and antioxidase. To observe the toxic influence of Chinese angelica to Dioscorea bulbifera L. for the different proportions, and discuss the mechanism of reducing the poison. The result indicated It is effective method that matching the Chinese angelica to restrict Dioscorea bulbifera L. Various proportions of the Chinese angelica caused various inhibitory action to biochemical indicator and the pathological change. 1: 2 proportion is the best about Dioscorea bulbifera L. matching Chinese angelica. Its mechanism to reduce the poison maybe enhance the activeness of P450, GST, GSH-PX, the SOD in the microsome.2. To determine CYP1A2, CYP2E1 gene mRNA of big mouse liver after administration using RT-PCR. The results demonstrated that the expression of CYP1A2, CYP2E1 gene mRNA obviously increased in the Dioscorea bulbifera L group. The expression of mRNA reduced in the Dioscorea bulbifera L. matching Chinese angelica group. Dioscorea bulbifera L. possibly causes the liver to be poisoned through inducing the expression of CYP1A2 and the CYP2E1 mRNA.3. To examinate the expression of CYP1A2, CYP2E1 in the liver cell pigment P450 by immunity enzyme indirect method after administrating grown-up SD big mouse Dioscorea bulbifera L. and Dioscorea bulbifera L. matching Chinese angelica. The experimental results further showed Dioscorea bulbifera L. had intensely induced the expression of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 protein in the initial period of the liver damage created by it. But The expression of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 alleviated after matching the Chinese angelica. Therefore the Chinese angelica possibly played the inhibitory role to Dioscorea bulbifera L. through suppressing the expression of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1.
