| Ojective: To explore a kind of interventional therapeutic mean to early stage non-traumatic osteo-necrosis of the femoral head. Methods: the total 60 cases of early stage non-traumatic osteo-necrosis of the femoral head treated with interventional therapy and core decompression combined with bone grafting were compared to evaluate the efficacy of interventional therapy, after the outcome were determined by the general status, clinical symptoms, the function changes of hip joints, progression inradiographic and scores' changes through two treatments. Results: 1.After two months' treatment , the scores change of the interventional group is 30.31±4.63 and the operation is 25.09±2.54 in the total function ,at the same time the former is 45.46%,and the later is 37.89% in the rate of scores improvement, there were signacicant differences between the two groups in the statics process(p>0.05).2.After one year treatment, the scores change of the interventional group is 15.72±3.56 and the operation is 17.43±4.21 in the total function ,at the same time the former is 23.79%,and the later is 26.36% in the rate of scores improvement, there were not signacicant differences between the two groups in the statics process(p>0.05).Conclusion: Two treatments can all improve the clinical symptoms and the function of hip joints of early stage non-traumatic osteo-necrosis of the femoral head ,but interventional therapy is better in the forepart. There were not signacicant differences through long-time investigation. |
