Endometrium planting theory is cried up mostly.Endometriosis belongs to the categories of "stagnation of blood" in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The blood stagnate in zang-fu organs and jingluo, then come into being mass tumour. The stagnation of blood is not only pathologic outcome, but also nosogenesis, which result in a vicious circle. The stagnation of blood is the crux of Endometriosis. So activating blood to resolve stagnation is the main principle. Herbal medicine is the main means of treating Endometriosis in Chinese traditional medicine, cooperating extrinsic therapy and integrative therapy.There' re expectant therapy, medication, surgery, combination of medication and surgery, etc, in western medicine. Sex hormone is the most important treatment in medication. The surgery modes include preserving eugenesis, preserving ovarian function and radical cure surgery. Celioscope surgery and celiotomy both can alleviate short-term symptom. But the patients of endometriosis recrudesce a lot. The influencing factors are hormone, heredity, surgery mode and medication around the operation, etc.It' s short of ripe remedy in Traditional Chinese Medicine and combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treatment regarding the EMA encircles the surgery time at present.Objective: The curative effect and the recrudescence of the disease after operations of EMA treated with combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was discussed.Methods: Eighty-nine postoperative cases suffered from EMA were divided into four groups: blank group, which check-up regularly and take no medicine after surgery half a year or above, Chinese medicine group, which were given the dialectical Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment after surgery half a year or above, western medicine group, which take Nemestran after surgery half a year or above, combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine group, which were given the dialectical Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and Nemestran after surgery half a year or above. To observe the situation of recurrence, dysmenorrheal and sterility. Analyse the data collection with SPSS10.0 software.Result: There' re eighty-nine patients that after surgery half a year or above. The total recrudescent rate was 42.7%. The blank group has twenty-four patients, the Chinese medicine group has nine patients, the western medicine group has nineteen patients, the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine group has thirty-seven patients. Their recrudescent rate were: 54.2%, 33.3%, 52.6% and 32.4%. The western medicine group has no predominance at reducing recrudescence and ameliorating barren vs the blank group, P＞0.05. The recrudescent number at eighteen months after the surgery has statistical difference, P＜0.05. Each group lightened dysmenorrheal but not obviously. The Chinese medicine group lightened dysmenorrheal better than the others. The combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine group could increase the clinical pregnancy rates, which was better than the other groups, P＜0.05.Conclusion: The combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine not only reduce recrudescent rate of the disease, but also postpone the recrudescence and increase the clinical pregnancy rates, that was better than the western medicine group. The western medicine group was not better than the blank group at reducing recrudescence, lightening dysmenorrheal and increasing the clinical pregnancy rates. The Chinese medicine group lightened dysmenorrheal better than the others. But it needs to increase the quantity because there' re not enough now. According to precautionary principle of Tradition Chinese Medicine, the prevention and cure of the postoperative chocolate cyst of ovary patients using the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has some applied foreground.
