| Objective: Based on systematic meta-analysis statistics,the literature on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent 10 years was collected,and the relevant outcome indicators were meta-analyzed to systematically evaluate the effectiveness and advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.To provide basis for clinical treatment and medication of the disease.Methods: Using computer to search Chinese databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM;The English databases include Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EMBASE,etc.The search term adopts the combination of subject words and related free words.The search languages are limited to Chinese and English,and the search time is limited to January 1,2016 to December 1,2021.Two evaluators complete the literature screening and data extraction.The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the risk bias assessment tool in the Cochrane manual.Use revman5 3process and analyze the extracted data.Result: A total of 33 randomized controlled studies were included in this study,including 2886 cases,including 1431 cases in the control group and 1455 cases in the experimental group.The results of meta-analysis suggest that compared with western medicine alone in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome,the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical comprehensive curative effect,improve the ovulation rate,improve the hormone level,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,increase the endometrial thickness and blood supply,so as to improve the pregnancy rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and the difference between the two data analysis results is statistically significant,The results are as follows:1.The analysis of clinical comprehensive curative effect shows that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical comprehensive curative effect,that is,the menstrual cycle,ovulation and sex hormone level have been significantly improved,and the curative effect is better than the treatment of Western medicine alone.2.The analysis of pregnancy rate showed that: or = 3.10,95% CI= [2.65,3.63],z = 14.03,P < 0.00001,suggesting that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the pregnancy rate,and the curative effect is better than the treatment of Western medicine alone.3.Analysis of ovulation rate: or = 2.42,95% CI = [1.89,3.11],z = 6.91,P < 0.00001,suggesting that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the ovulation rate,and the curative effect is better than the treatment of Western medicine alone.4.The analysis of LH level showed that MD =-2.10,95% CI = [-2.32,-1.88],z = 18.59,P < 0.00001,suggesting that both groups could reduce the serum LH level,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.5.Analysis of LH / FSH level: MD =-0.70,95% CI = [-0.77,-0.62],z = 18.36,P < 0.00001,suggesting that both groups can reduce the serum LH / FSH level,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.6.The analysis of serum T level MD =-0.45,95% CI = [-0.53,-0.38],z = 11.93,P < 0.00001,suggesting that both groups can reduce the level of serum testosterone,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.7.Analysis of endometrial thickness: MD = 1.81,95% CI =[1.52,2.10],z = 12.16,P < 0.00001,suggesting that both groups can increase endometrial thickness,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.8.Parameter analysis of uterine spiral artery PI: MD =-0.23,95% CI = [-0.29,-0.16],z = 6.86,P < 0.00001;RI:MD=-0.10,95%CI=[-0.13,-0.07],Z =7.21,P<0.00001.It is suggested that the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the parameters of uterine spiral artery,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.9、TNF-α The analysis showed that MD =-1.07,95% CI = [-1.57,-0.58],z = 4.22,P < 0.0001,suggesting that both groups could reduce serum TNF-α,and the curative effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better.10.The analysis of adverse reaction rate showed that: or = 0.53,95% CI = [0.36,0.80],z = 3.04,P = 0.002,suggesting that the incidence of adverse reactions is lower in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.11.Analysis of abortion rate: or = 0.33,95% CI = [0.21,0.53],z=4.71,P < 0.00001,suggesting that the abortion rate of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is lower than that of Western medicine.Conclusions: The conclusions of this study are as follows:（1）Traditional Chinese medicine mainly plays the advantages of multi-target and long-term effect in the treatment of PCOS infertility.Western medicine can formulate individualized plans for the treatment of PCOS infertility and guide pregnancy with the help of modern monitoring means.Therefore,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has the advantages of both symptoms and treatment,low cost and synergy.It is worth popularizing in clinic.The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical comprehensive curative effect,that is,the regularity of menstrual cycle,ovulation and sex hormone level（LH,LH / FSH,t）can be significantly improved,and can effectively improve clinical symptoms,ovulation rate and endometrial receptivity,that is,increase endometrial thickness and endometrial blood supply,Reduce inflammatory factor TNF-α So as to improve the clinical pregnancy rate,and the curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine.（2）The abortion rate and adverse reaction rate of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility are lower than those of simple western medicine,but large sample and multi center clinical data are still needed to further verify this conclusion.（3）The sample size and quality of the literature included in this study need to be improved,so as to increase the stability and reliability of the
