Objective: Research on the standardization of syndrome manifestations by Delphi method of breast carcinoma treated with TCM by stages. There are four stages during the treatment that is the perioperation period,perichemotheraputic period,the period of radio-therapy and consolidation.Method: Expert consult survey by Delphi method. Expert: the nationwide mastosis experts who are the clinical operator in TCM or integrative medicine.Way: Design the investigates questionnaires. Mail them to the experts who are chosen to be in the investigation. First time 40 questionnaires were sent out, and all of them were received. Statistical was done by Epidata2.1a and spss13.0 procedure in computer. Then, the leading group analyzed the results, revising the investigates questionnaires that to be the second wheel investigates questionnaires. Mail them back to the chosen experts for another suggestions. This time 80 questionnaires were sent out, and 73 questionnaires were received. The leading group statistics the data by the way as same as the first time. Analyzing of the result of statistics by the leader group and establishing the standardization of syndrome manifestations.Result: Altogether carries on two turns of experts to consult, the first turn of expert consults, the consultation table returns-ratio is 100%, the expert positive coefficient is 100%, Conforms to 32 experts which brings into line with the condition for to be engaged in the Chinese medicine or the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine mastopathy expert, high above title expert has 30 to account for 93.8%, is engaged in the specialized time≥10 years altogether 29 people to account for 90.6%.
