Male sterility is a tough medical problem worldwide nowadays, having highmorbility and becoming more andmore common. Oligoasthenozoospermia is one ofthe most frequent diseases of male sterility with complicated factors and intricatetherapeutic measures. What's more, Oligoasthenozoospermia is a major type ofdysspermatism which is the principal cause of Male sterility.1. This article is a review of recent correlated documents onoligoasthenozoospermia in male sterility, summarizing etiopathogenisis, pathogenesisand treatment of TCM and modern medicine. It is necessary to studyOligoasthenozoospermia.2. The results of clinic observation on semen quantity and LDH-X of 79patients with male sterility before and after the treatment shows: improvement ofdifferent degree of semen quantity, obvious improvement in sperm vitality;17cases, cured(21.52%); 28cases, obvious effective(35.44%); 27cases,effective(34.18%); 7cases, no avail (8.86%); the total effcient rate is 91.14%. Bycomparing each index sign of sperm before and after the clinical treatment, it suggeststhat "Huangjingzanyu Capsule" is very effective in improving sperm density, spermvitality rate, sperm vitality and LDH-X.
