Objective To investigate the relationship between cytokines andspontaneous abortion and other influential factors. To observe the effect ofPrescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲon cytokines of spontaneous abortion suffers andinvestigate the mechanism of Prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲ. To set up the animalmodel of renal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats. To observethe effect of Prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲon cytokines,P and NO of spontaneousabortion rats and investigate the relationship among them.Method Comparing the level of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ,P and NO in bloodserum of 15 normal pregnancy women and 30 spontaneous abortion suffers, toinvestigate the relationship between cytokines and spontaneous abortion andother influential factors. Comparing the changing of the level of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ,P and NO in blood serum of spontaneous abortion suffers aftertherapy with prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲ. Setting up the animal model ofrenal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats with Hydrea andMifepristone and grouping them at random in 4 teams. Each team has differenttreatment. Comparing the different level of IL-2,IL-10,P and NO in blood serumof the rats and counting the rate of abortion, to investigate the mechanismof spontaneous abortion and the mechanism of action of Prescription onZhuyun-Ⅲ.Result Comparing with the normal pregnancy women, the level of IL-10 inblood serum of spontaneous abortion suffers degrade significantly(p<0.05) andthe ratio of IFN-γ/IL-10 heighten significantly(p<0.05),and the ratio of thetotal amont of Th1 and the total amont of Th2 heightensignificantly(p<0.05).The frequency of abortion of spontaneous abortionsuffers has direct correlation with the ratio of IL-2/IL-4(p<0.001) andIFN-γ/IL-4(p<0.001).The level of NO in blood serum has negative correlationwith the level of IL-4 in blood serum, and has direct correlation with the ratio of IL-2/IL-4(p<0.05) and IFN-γ/IL-4(p<0.05).After treating withPrescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲ, the level of IL-2 and IFN-γdegrade significantly(p<0.05),the ratio of IL-2/IL-10 and the ratio of the total amont of Th1 andthe total amont of Th2 also degrade significantly(p<0.05).For therenal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats, comparing with thenormal pregnant rats, the level of NO and IL-2 in blood serum and the ratioof IL-2/IL-10 both heighten significantly(p<0.05),while the level of P inblood serum degrade significantly(p<0.05).After treatment with Prescriptionon Zhuyun-Ⅲ, the level of NO and IL-2 in blood serum and the ratio of IL-2/IL-10both degrade significantly(P<0.05),while the level of P in blood serumheighten significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion The balance between Th1 and Th2 type cytokines is importantto normal pregnancy, If the expressing of the Th1 type cytokines is too high,orthe expressing of the Th2 type cytokines is too low, and if the balance of theTh1 and Th2 is broken, the patho-pregnancy will happen. With the ratio of Th1/Th2rising, the frequency of the spontaneous abortion rise. And too much NO willinhibit the level of IL-4 in blood serum, it will also make the balance ofTh1/Th2 deviate to Th1 type reaction. In our study, it is found that the balancebetween the total amont of Th1 type cytokines and Th2 cytokines may be moreimportant than the changing of each cytokine for spontaneous abortionsuffers. Prescription on Zhunyun-Ⅲcould degrade the expressing of Th2 typecytokines in blood serum, keep the balance between Th1 type cytokines and Th2type cytokines, degrade the level of NO and heighten the level of P in bloodserum, so it is good for preventing spontaneous abortion.
