The Clinical Study Of Tonify The Kidney And Active Blood Prescription Affects The Anx A2 And Tlr4 Cytokines Levels Of Aca(+)Patients With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:This study is based on clinical trials,to observe and discuss the connection of ANX A2 and TLR4 with ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,and the influence of Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription to serum P??-HCG?ANX A1 and TLR4 of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:In this study,subjects were divided into two parts,Part 1 collects 15 cases of abortion decidua in artificial abortion patients and 15 cases of abortion decidua in ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion with the methods of RT-PCR to determine the levels of ANX A2 and TLR4.Part 2 collects 10 cases of normal pregnancy(6-8 weeks of pregnancy)who did antenatal care in our clinic for routine,and 10 cases of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(6-8 weeks of pregnancy),giving Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription 4 weeks of treatment.Collect their blood 4-5ml when they are in and out of our study.Use ELISA to determine the change of ANX A2 and TLR4 level,and to monitor the patients of two groups serum P and ?-HCG levels before and after treatment.Result:1.ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion ANX A2 mRNA content in deciduas are lower than Normal abortion patients,and TLR4 mRNA content in deciduas are higher than Normal abortion patients;2.ANX A2 levels of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in serum are lower than the normal pregnancy patients,and the TLR4 levels in serum are higher than the normal pregnancy patients;3.ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion before and after treatment,ANX A2 level in serum is significantly higher and TLR4 in serum is significantly lower;serum progesterone,?-HCG levels rise close to the normal pregnancy level.Conclusion:1.ANX A2 in serum and decidual expression abnormal lower and TLR4 expression in serum and decidual abnormal higher is related with ACA(+)recurrent spontaneous abortion,TLR4/NF-?B signaling pathways and its regulation on downstream factors,it may be one of the mechanisms leading to the occurrence of ACA(+)recurrent spontaneous abortion;3.Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription can increase serum P and ?-HCG levels,can increase ANX A2 levels and reduce TLR4 levels,suppress TLR4/NF-?B pathway overexpression,and improve the body's immune state of imbalance comprehensively.It also can prevent thrombosis,continue to provide a solid foundation for the construction of normal pregnancy to achieve the purpose of tonify the kidney?active blood?dispel stasis and tocolysis.
