Objective:This study is based on clinical trials,to observe and discuss the connection of NF-?B and TNF-a with ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,and the influence of Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription to serum P??-HCG?NF-?B and TNF-? of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:In this study,subjects were divided into two parts,Part 1:we collect 15 cases of abortion decidua in ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,and 15 cases of abortion decidua in artificial abortion patients,who had one or more times of normal reproductive history,and no history of spontaneous abortion.All of the 20 cases of patients are within 12 weeks of pregnancy.Using RT-PCR to determine the levels of NF-?B and TNF-?.Part 2:we collect 10 cases of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,now 6-8 weeks of pregnancy,giving Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription 4 weeks of treatment,and 10 cases of 6-8 weeks of pregnancy,normal pregnancy,who did antenatal care in our clinic for routine.Collect their blood 4-5ml when they are in and out of our study.Using ELisa to determine the change of NF-?B and TNF-? levels and the difference of the 20 patients,and to monitor the patients of two groups serum P and?-HCG levels before and after treatment.Results:Normal abortion patients NF-?B?TNF-a mRNA content in deciduas are lower than the ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.NF-?B and TNF-a levels of ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in serum are higher than the normal pregnancy patients.ACA(+)patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion before and after treatment,NF-?B and TNF-? levels in serum were significantly lower.Conclusion:1?ACA(+)recurrent spontaneous abortion is related with abnormally high levels of NF-?B and TNF-a.TLR4/NF-?B signaling pathway and its regulation on downstream factors,may be one of the mechanisms leading to the occurrence of ACA(+)recurrent spontaneous abortion;2?Tonify The Kidney and Active Blood Prescription can increase serum P and ?-HCG levels,and reduce serum NF-?B and TNF-? levels,suppress TLR4/NF-?B pathway overexpression,regulation the immune balance between maternal-fetal,prevent thrombosis,regulation of the endocrine,to achieve the purpose of tonify the kidney?active blood?dispel stasis and tocolysis. |
