The Curative Effect Influence Of Hip Bath Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Penetration Enhancers After External Dissection And Internal Ligation For Mixed Hemorrhoids

【Objective】To observe the clinic curative effect of hip bath using peppermint,borneol and chuanxiong to treat clinic symptoms such as ache,dropsy,hemorrhage and so on after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids, to further norm the standard of hip bath therapy, to establish the principle of hip bath using traditional Chinese medicine, to enhance the position of traditional Chinese medicine penetration enhancers in hip bath therapy, it will provide effective clinical basis to study the mechanism of traditional chinese medicine penetration enhancers for later in hip bath.【Methods】Sixty mixed hemorrhoids patients after external dissection and internal ligation, who conforms to this research diagnosis standard and internalized standard ,and who conforms to damp invasion of lower energizer according to differentiation of symptoms and signs from 2006.10 to 2007.3, were divided into two groups according to half randomization method(patient's birthday): Experimental group was added traditional Chinese medicine penetration enhancers such as peppermint,borneol and chuanxiong in foundational herbal medicine to hip bath after every stoop everyday, control group was treated only foundational herbal medicine to hip bath after every stoop everyday, one week was a period of treatment. The symptoms such as ache,dropsy,hemorrhage and so on and the common auxiliary index such as hospital days were all recorded before and after treatment, then data in SPASS statistics software for statistical treatment to compare each symptom improvement situation of two groups's patients.【Results】After one week's treatment, two groups patients' symptoms were improved, but difference existed. The two groups' accumulated points of aches,dropsy,hemorrhage before treatment haven't significant difference(P＞0. 05).After treatment, the statistical data indicated that experimental group's accumulated points of aches, included the points of the first hip bath and dropsy and hemorrhage were surpass control group(P＜0. 05), hospital days was obviously shorter than control group, it all exists statistical difference.【Conclusion】Hip bath can early,effectually and expeditiously improve common clinical symptoms such as ache,dropsy,hemorrhage and so on, can short hospital days, can raise patient's existence quantity. And then traditional chinese medicine penetration enhancers have conspicuous role of skin promoter and penetration ,it is playing the more and more important role in hip bath, so in the foundation, we can further norm the standard of hip bath therapy, and propose the principle of hip bath is that "differentiation of symptoms and signs, debates sickness to add traditional chinese medicine penetration enhancers", meanwhile, we can further elevate the position of traditional chinese medicine penetration enhancers in hip bath, and propose original medication thinking of traditional chinese medicine to treat anorectal illness.
