| Objective:The thesis aims to reduce the number of women before a hemorrhoid incision postoperative edema, according to the physical form, function of female anus, pathological changes, anatomical structure and principle of anorectal dynamics design of "external dissection&internal ligation plus trapezoida flap surgery" to prevent postoperative edema after anterior hemorrhoids in women.Compared with the traditional "external dissection&internal ligation surgery",the observation is conducted on the happening situation of two groups of postoperative incision edema, incision healing time, curative effect, half year relapse rate and related complications,to investigate the feasibility and effect of external dissection&internal ligation plus trapezoida flap surgery in preventing incision edema after anterior hemorrhoids in women, hoping to provide objective basis for clinical application.Method:140 adult female patients with anterior hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment from July 2018 to July 2019 were included according to the diagnostic criteria and randomly divided into treatment group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The treatment group was treated with "external dissection&internal ligation plus trapezoida flap surgery",while the control group was treated with traditional "external dissection&internal ligation surgery",Antibiotics were applied preventively and local cleaning and dressing were replaced to heal.To observe the differences between the two groups in postoperative incision edema, residual skin around the anal margin, blood in the anus, pain, urine retention, wound healing time, curative effect, anal stricture, anal incontinence and recurrence rate of six months SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in incision edema(3,5,7,14 days after surgery),derma residue, incision healing time, cure rate and recurrence rate(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Postoperative incision edema(1,21 days after surgery),pain(1,3,5,14,21 days after surgery),blood in the stool, urinary retention, anal stenosis, and anal incontinence were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score of the control group on the 7th day after surgery was better than that of the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External dissection&internal ligation plus trapezoida flap surgery for the treatment of anterior hemorrhoids in women has more curative effect on significantly reducing the female in a hemorrhoid postoperative incision edema than traditional external dissection&internal ligation surgery, avoiding the residual of the anterior skin after surgery and shortening the course of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate.It can maintain the normal physiological and anatomical structure of the female anal canal, protect the sensitive area of the tooth line, and make the appearance of the anus smooth and beautiful. |
