objective Endometriosis as a common and multiple innocence disease of reproductive age women, often to cause barren and pain of cavitas pelvis and belly, so it influences the woman's quality of life greatly. It's cause of a disease and it's pathology-physiology are not clear extremely now. The theory of menstrual bleeding countercurrent had been accepted generally at present, by raising and observing the nude mouse endometriosis model in this research, we can see what effect do estrogen and progestin exert to MMP1 and TIMP1 in the morning lesions of nude mouse endometriosis model.Measure(s) The later secretory phase endometria were obtained from reproductive age women was transplanted to the nude mice abdominopelvic cavity. The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: estrogen group, progestin group, union estrogen-progestin group, and control group. Different group were injected estrogen or progestin regularity, and control group were injected water for injection only. In this study, we attempted to establish a nude mice model of EMs and kill those mice after breeding 15 days. We abtain the EMs focus tissue and use immunohistochemistry (SP) method to detect the expression of MMP1 and TIMP1 in the morning EMs lesions.result(s) The transplants grew well in the pelvic and abdominal cavities of mice, the achievement ratio is 100%. The growth of lesions of nude mouse endometriosis model which were injected estrogen and progestin are well than the control group greatly. The expressions of MMP1 in estrogen group, union estrogen-progestin group, and progestin group are all heightened (F=11.1342 P<0.01). The union estrogen-progestin group is close to the progestin group (P>0.05). The expression of TIMP1 in estrogen group, union estrogen-progestin group, and progestin group are all diminished (F=16.7583 P<0.01). The union estrogen-progestin group is close to the progestin group(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of establishing nude mouse endometriosis model is simple and safety, with a high achievement ratio. In the cause of establish nude mouse model, injecting estrogen and progestin regularity can raise the achievement ratio. In the morning lesions of nude mouse endometriosis model, the estrogen and the progestin are all can enhance the production of MMP1 and can suppress the production of TIMP1. The mechanism of them to promote EMs may have relate with it. The progestin function is higher than the estrogen.
