ObjectiveBreast cancer is the major reson of women death in developed counties and in developing counties. It is the death reason only secone to cervical carcinoma. In china, the invasion of breast cancer is taking on a continuous ascending tendcy just as that in developed counties. Mammography is currently the best imaging techique for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. With the development of immunohistochemical. immunohistochemical is regular means of clinical examination. The purpose of study is to recognize the correlation reserch between mammographic featuresand immunohistochemical markers of breast cancer.Materials and methods1. Patientsp opulationMammography was performed and the morphologic features were analyzed in 69 patient with breast cancer before the operation. The masterctomy specimens of the breast cancer were stained with immunohistochemistry,and the expressions estrogen ER PR C-erbB-2 P53 BRCA-1 BRCA-2 were measured.2. Mammography and Immunohistochemistry are the best means without. any hurting for breast cancer. They have import significance to the diagnosis of breast cancer and the prognosis and therapy of breast cancer patients.2. There are significant correlations between mammography and immunohistochemistry, the biologic behavior and prognosis of the breast cancer can be assessed according to mammography features.
