| Objective To determine the concentration of heparin inplasm,C-ACT, K-ACT and BPT before heparinization, 5minutes afterheparinization and 30minutes after CPB. Then compare the contributionof aprotinin of that three index under the same concentration of heparin.Materials and Methods To collect blood preparations of 24patient that have Operation on heart in our division during March andApril,2007, of which 12 patients have used aprotinin during CPB,12patients haven't. Determin the C-ACT, BPT artificially. DetermineK-ACT with Medtrinic ACTⅡand determine the concentration ofheparin in plasm with HPLC. Then compare the contribution of aprotininto C-ACT K-ACT and BPT.Results1. The concentration of heparin in plasm The concentration ofheparin in plasm of experiment group and control group 5minutes afterheparinization is 5.6±0.5U/ml and 5.5±0.3U/ml, p=0.655>0.05;30minutes after CPB is 3.1±0.3U/ml and 3.2±0.4U/ml, p=0.783>0.05;There is no difference between experiment and control group.2. C-ACT The C-ACT of experiment group and control groupbefore heparinization is 111.6±10.8 seconds and 114.8±11.2 seconds,P=0.572>0.05;5 minutes after heparinization is 549.0±41.1 seconds and542.4±38.9 seconds, P=0.691>0.05 and 30 minutes after CPB is 1041.2±265.3 seconds and 717.8±148.0 seconds, P=0.002<0.05.Thereis signal difference between experiment group and control group30minutes after CPB.3. K-ACT The K-ACT of experiment group and control groupbefore heparinization is 110.3±10.8 seconds and 114.1±12.0 secondsP=0.431>0.05;5 minutes after heparinization is 673.3±153.3 secondsand 667.8±108.8 seconds,P=0.921>0.05 and 30 minutes after CPB is1206.8±202.6 seconds and 823.9±228.3 seconds, P=0.000<0.05.Thereis signal difference between experiment group and control group30minutes after CPB.4. BPT The BPT of experiment group and control group beforeheparinization is 14.7±1.1 seconds and 14.5±0.9 seconds, P=0.580>0.05;5 minutes after heparinization is 45.2±7.7 seconds and 43.8±8.5seconds, P=0.672>0.05 and 30 minutes after CPB is 43.7±6.7 secondsand 42.4±4.2 seconds, P=0.575>0.05.There is no difference betweenexperiment group and control group.Conclusions2. The aprotinin does not make distinguished contribution to BPT,so it can reflect the concentration of heparin in plasm, BPT is better thanACT in reflecting the heparinization... |
