Objective: Campared the clearance effect of blood perfusion on endotoxemia rats by several sorbents, To make some helps for the development of a new clinical effective hemoperfusion sorbent to treat the endotoxemia.Methods: There were 48 SD rats assigned into 8 groups according to different sorbents:groupâ… : synthesis macroporous adsorptive resin of single use hemoperfutor from LIVZON corporationgroupâ…¡: AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resingroupâ…¢: AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resin with diamine arms and coating with albumingroupâ…£: activated charcoal coating with albumingroupâ…¤: ethyl cellulose coating with albumingroupâ…¥: ethyl cellulose with glutaraldehyde arms and coating with albumingroupâ…¦: ethyl cellulose with PME ligands and coating with albumingroupâ…§: ethyl cellulose with AMIKACINI ligands and coating with albuminEvery rat was injected 1ml/100g E. coli through jugular vein to set the model of endotoxemia, and 10ml blood was taked out after 1 hour. Then, the hemoperfusion was performed. When before hemoperfusion and after the first, second, third, fourth cycle, 2ml blood was picked out so as to detect the concentration of endotoxin, TNF-αand IL-6. Results:1 The clearance effect on endotoxin: Following the process of hemoperfusion, the concentration of ET of groupâ…£,â…¤,â…¥,â…¦andâ…§was lower and lower. There was significant difference between C4 and CO of each group, (p<0.05). But in groupâ… ,â…¡andâ…¢, the concentration after hemoperfusion was almost the same as the initial concentration, no significant difference between C4 and CO of each group (p>0.05).And the result of contrasting cleanrance effect on endotoxin of sorbents was: groupⅦ>groupⅣ>groupⅧ>groupⅥ>groupⅤ>groupⅢ>groupⅡ>groupâ… . There was no significant difference between groupâ…£and groupâ…§(p>0.05), also no significant difference among groupâ… , groupâ…¡and groupâ…¢(p>0.05), but significant difference was existed between each two others (p<0.05).The groupâ…¦had the best clearance effect on endotoxin. On the contary, the groupâ… had the worst clearance effect.2 The clearance effect on TNF-α: Following the process of hemoperfusion, the concentration of TNF-αof groupâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…¤,â…¥,â…¦andâ…§was lower and lower, and descended obviously after hemoperfusion. There was significant difference between C4 and CO of each group, (p<0.05). But in groupâ…£, the concentration of TNF-αafter hernoperfusion was almost the same as initial concentration. On the contrary, AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resin, synthesis macroporous adsorptive resin of single use hemoperfutor from LIVZON corporation and AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resin with diamine arms and coating with albumin have bad clearance effect on endotoxemia.
