Objective:To select one adsorbent that had better adsorption of endotoxin for the animal test from five different adsorbents. Methods: endotoxin aqueous solution of in the triangle bottle, the constant temperature water bath vibration certain time behind take a sample to measurese to adsorb the endotoxin density in front and back, compute to adsorb rate and adsorb quantity.Results:active carbon's adsortion rate is the tallest in the five adsorbents,but because blood compatibility is bad,so we select the compound adsorbent at last. Conclusion: compound adsorbent have good adsorb function to the endotoxin in vitro, have further applied foreground.
