Identification Of Protein Differentl Expressed Between Bladder Cancer Cell Line And The Cell Line Effected By Chemotherapy Drugs By SELDI-TOF-MS

Objective To evaluate the protein expression of bladder cancer cell lines BIU-87 effected of chemotherapy drugs.Methods MTT assay was used to determine the concentration of MMC and EPI in treating BIU-87. BIU-87 cell protein effected by MMC and EPI are tested by WCX2 chip and proteinchip reader.Results There are 11 and 7 kinds of protein changed in EPI cells at 24h and 48h; there are 11 and 15 kinds of protein changed in EPI cells at 24h and 48h.Conclusions BIU-87 cell protein are affected by EPI and MMC.
