Symptom:vulval itching,Causalgia, and companied by urinary frequency, urinary ache, sexual pain etc, leukkorrhagia.Syndrome:vulval flush, edema, scratching or chapping, white membraniform things are attached to nympha medial and vagina mucous coat,More white bean curd kind ecretion is seen in the vagina,or like white bicarbonate curdy.Laboratory examine: 10%kOH hanging drop, microscopy, spore and mycelial are found. If spore and mycelial are not found,a smear test should be done.If signs show but microscopy is negative for many times, germiculture diagnose should be adopted.Therapeutic program:Besides routine ecosystem medicine therapy, the patients of experimental group(groupA)received therapeutic alliance of lactobacilli, traditional chinese medicine, clotrimazole;the patients of control group one(group B)received lactobacilli and traditional Chinese herbs;those of control group two (group C)got lactobacilli and clotrimazole.Observation index:The clinical signs, syndromes and laboratory examination were observed on pretherapy and on the seventh day,the first month, the second month after therapy.Three groups of basic materials were done equival test. On the basis of ecosystem cure, the curative effect and recurrent rate of integration of modern medicine and traditional Chinese herb to vulvovaginal candidiasis(vvc)in pregnant women, modern medicine and traditional Chinese herb used currently in clinical therapy were compared and observed, statistically analyzed.Results:1.The demographic data among groups of study and control is equally comparable (p>0.05).the results showed obvious statistical differences in the following items:leukorrheal, quale, vulval itching, congestive, vagina mucous coat redness, turning negative of pathogens. It is said that the improvements of those signs and syndromes were more satisfactory and the rate of turning negative of pathogens was higher in group A than group B and group C after treatment for 7 and 30 days.In addition the recurrent rate of vulvovaginal candidiasis was lower in group A than group B and group C after treatment for 30 days and 60 days.2.All signs, syndromes and laboratory examinations showed obvious statistical differences after treatment on the different time.Various improvements appear after treatment for 7 days,30 days and 60 days.Every times and groups appear no Correlation.3.However the results showed no statistical differences among three groups in the following items:urinary frequency, urinary ache, sexual pain, scratching and chapping, vagina mucous coat sublimis erosion and ulcer, vagina cleanliness after treatment on the different time. Conclusion:Compared to traditional chinese medicine and modern medicine, integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine based on ecosystem cure is more effective and safe in the treatment to vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy, which can improve clinical signs and syndromes, increase the rate of turning negative of pathogens, decrease the recurrent rate as wellas shorten the period of disease.
