Objective: Anorexia is a kind of frequent diseases in the period of little children without disease factors which shows that inappetency even repelling food. It often occurs on the 1 to 6-year-old little children, the morbidity is about 12%~34% and higher in the city than country. It occurs all over the year, more happens in the beginning of summer powder autumn. The anorexia influences the growing and developing, the nutrition situation and the developing of intelligence of the little children. Because of the long time of anorexia, it can make the little children absorbing nutrient substance deficiency and unappeasing the prompt growth need and results in the little children dystrophia,anaemia,rachitis and lower immunity ability .The children appear the pneogaster communicating time after time. In the modern medicine's opinion, this disease relates to the lack of the microelement——zinc, so supplying the zinc is the standard during the treatment, but the zinc can but improve the symptoms and can not resolve the basic problems. And it will appear some bad reactions since using the zinc for a long time, furthermore, it can influence the absorbing of copper,calcium,ron and make the imbalance of the kinds of the microelements in the body.After many years researching, my teacher considered that the mechanism of the anorexia was related to the spleen losing carrying turning, the stomach without acception, the spleen and stomach become estranged,and study out many methods combining such asinvigorate the spleen,relieving dyspepsia,remove blood stasis and helminthicide.Under the guidance of the way and combining the modern studies of the Chinese medicine pharmacology, the Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion was made up of the Chinese traditional medicine as stir-baking FRUCTUS HORDEI GERMINATUS ET CRATAEGI ET MASSA FER-MENTATA MEDICINALIS,parch Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,pinelliae tuber,Dried Tangerine peel,corium stomachium galli,Rangooncreeper Fruit,Common Burreed Tuber,Figwortflower Picrorhiza Rhizome,eupatorii,herba。It has been used in the clinic for ten years and had the dependable curative effect. For inquirying into the efficacy and the mechanism of function of the prescirption, we proceeded the animal experiments.This experiment copies the anorexy pedo-rats model with the high protein and fat foods. After observing the influence of the Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion for the eating quantity, weight, CCK-8,β-EP, and GAS, discussing the mechanism of function of the Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion, it can offers the new ways and academic gists to defend and cure the child anorexia, and new methods and messures to the chinese triditional medicine curing the child anorexia.Method: Building the anorexy pedo-rats models as the child anorexa which have been feed by the special fodder. After three days'adaptability feeding, dividing the 55 SD big rats into five groups in random and average, that named normal group,model collation group(model group for short),Child's Huaji juice for oral use group(Huaji-group for short),low-dose of Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion group(low-dose group for short),high-dose of Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion group(high-dose group for short),there are 11 rats in each group. The normal group uses normal fodder to feed and other 4 groups feed to specially fodder. All rats with single mouse cage to fledge, freely take a meal a drinking and record to take a meal quantity and weight everyday. After a week, the average food-intake of model group,Huaji-group,low-dose group,high-dose group model all low 30% ~50% than normal group, there were significant difference (P<0.01), and explain that making model is successful. On the 8th day ,begin to intragastric administration, infuse the 2ml/100g of NS to normal group and model group, infuse the 2ml/100g of Child's Huaji juice for oral use to Huaji-group, infuse the 2ml/100g of Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion with the concentration of 0.94g/ml to low-dose group (equivalently 10 times clinic isoeffect dosage), infuse the 2ml/100g of Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion with the concentration of 1.88g/ml to high-dose group (equivalently 20 times clinic isoeffect dosage), everyday once, the 28th day night 8:00 abrosia, sentence to death the 29th day, take blood and hypothalamus, membrana mucosa of sinus ventriculi.Results:(1)the contribution on food-intake to anorexy pedo-rats:On the 1st day, there were not exist significant difference between each gruops(P>0.05), the 7th day, model group,Huaji-group, low-dose group, high-dose group exist significant difference compared with normal group on food-intake (P<0.01), but these 4 groups didn't exist significant difference(P>0.05) and explain that making model is successful. Give medicine for a week after(on the 14th day), there were significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group and normal group on food-intake (P<0.05), but after 2 weeks(on the 21th day), there were significant difference between Huaji-group and model group (P<0.05),this explain Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion to take orally a liquid to start to have the effect quick characteristics than the Child's Huaji juice for oral use;On the 21st day, there were significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group and Huaji-group (P<0.05, P<0.01),and explain the curative effect that Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion better than the Child's Huaji juice for oral use;In the meantime, the 27th day, there were not significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group and normal group (P>0.05), these take a meal of these two groups on food-intake has already recover to normal level. (2) The contribution on body weight to anorexy pedo-rats:On the 1 and 7th day, there were not significant difference between each group on body weight (P>0.05);On the 14th day, there were significant difference between model group and normal group (P<0.01),there were significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group and model group ,too(P<0.05), explain that the Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion can promote the nourishment material absorption and increase the rats body weight;On the 21 and 28th day, there were significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group,Huaji-group and model group (P<0.01, P<0.05), there were significant difference between high-dose group,low-dose group and Huaji-group (P<0.05), explain that two kinds of medicine all can increase anorexy pedo-rats'body weight, Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion effect better than the Child's Huaji juice for oral use. (3) The contribution on CCK-8 contents in hypothalamus and blood plasma to anorexy pedo-rats: CCK-8 contents in hypothalamus and blood plasma of model group obviously higher than normal group , there were significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.001), CCK-8 contents in hypothalamus of high-dose group,low-dose group and Huaji-group obviously less than model group , there were significant difference (P<0.01), meanwhile, CCK-8 contents in blood plasma of high-dose group,low-dose group and Huaji-group also obviously less than model group , there were significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.001) ,there were significant difference between Huaji-group and normal group on CCK-8 contents in hypothalamus and blood plasma (P<0.05), above result express: Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion and Child's Huaji juice for oral use all can descend the CCK-8 in hypothalamus and blood plasma of born, repress of the former the effect surpass the latter, there were not significant difference between high-dose group and low-dose group(P>0.05). (4) The contribution onβ-EP contents in hypothalamus and blood plasma to anorexy pedo-rats:β-EP contents in hypothalamus of high-dose group,low-dose group,Huaji-group obviously higher than model group's,there were significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.001), meanwhile,β-EP contents in blood plasma of high-dose group,low-dose group,Huaji-group also obviously higher than model group's, there were significant difference(P<0.001);β-EP contents in hypothalamus and blood plasma of high-dose group obviously higher than low-dose group,Huaji-group,normal group,there were significant difference (P<0.01), there were not significant difference in three treatment groups and normal group on theβ-EP contents in blood plasma (P>0.05), it is thus clear that, in hypothalamus, the high-dose group 's influence towardβ-EP contents greater than low-dose group and Huaji-group, can obviously raise its contents, help the rats to cibation;But in the peripheral blood, the contribution of three treatment groups are equal. (5) The contribution on GAS contents in sinus ventriculi and blood serum to anorexy pedo-rats: GAS contents in sinus ventriculi of model group obviously less than normal group , there were significant difference (P<0.01), GAS contents in sinus ventriculi of three treatment groups obviously higher than model group ,there were significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.001) ; there were not significant difference between Huaji-group and low-dose group on the GAS contents in sinus ventriculi (P>0.05), compared with high-dose group,there were significant difference (P<0.01), high dose effect for measure better than low dose and Child's Huaji juice for oral use;The GAS contents didn't show significant difference in each group.(P>0.05).Results: (1) Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion can encourage anorexy pedo-rats to ingestion , accrescence their body weight, its function mechanism may be the content which passes to adjust to control the CCK-8,β-EP, GAS in the animal body to carry out.(2)This experiment result for clinical ascend application Tong-wei powder preparation for infusion treatment the child anorexia provided the experiment of science basis.
