ObjectBy regulating bicarbonate concentration of dialysate in hemodialysis to correcthemodialysis patients'metabolic acidosis much better, to find suitable and personalbicarbonate concentration and change model, to supply data for the study ofregulating bicarbonate concentration curve of JH-2000 machine.MethodsTwenty patients with maintenance hemodialysis and pre-dialysis blood HCO3-≤21mmol/L were investigated on JH-2000 machine. Patients were treated once withcommon bicarbonate concentration (35mmol/L) and once with regulating bicarbonateconcentration (first 30min 38mmol/L and 35mmol/L in left time). All of them wereexamined blood gas, BUN and K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+ of bicarbonate dialysate before andafter dialysis, and they were also recorded Bp,R,HR and complications during thetreatment.Results1,The complications and patients' Bp,R,HR had no significant changes betweentwo kind dialysis models;2,The blood PH,SB,BE before and after hemodialysis had significantly improved, and the improvement with regulating bicarbonate dialysate was much than thatwith common bicarbonate dialysate(PPH=0.005,PSB=0.021,PBE=0.028).ThePO2 before and after hemodialysis with two kind treatment had no significantchanges. 3,The K+, Na+, Cl-, Ca2+ concentration of dialysate before and after regulatingbicarbonate concentration(38mmol/L) had no significant changes.4,The Kt/V of two kind hemodialysis models had significant changes(P=0.002).Conclusions1,The regulating bicarbonate dialysate model of JH-2000 machine is effective. Itcan correct the hemodialysis patients' uremic acidosis much better than commonhemodialysis.2,The regulating bicarbonate dialysate model of JH-2000 machine is safe.
