The Preliminary Research Of Serum Pharmachemistry On Ganfukang Dropping Pill

The research on the effective substance of the Chinese medicine is the main process for the modernization of Chinese medicine ,and also is the main way to world stage,the declaration of the serum phamachemistry provides a important way for the demonstration of the Chinese medicine ,and explore a new epoch for the research on the effective substance of the Chinese medicine .our compound preparation is composed of baicalin,artemisiae capillaries,frutus schizandrae,Glycyrrhiza,pig gall powder.In order to demonstrate the true effective constituents,we apply the way of the serum pharmachemistry and the isolation of the Chinese medicine ,first,we establish the analytical method of the vitro constituents in ganfukang dropping pills ,In accordance with this method ,we establish the analytical method of the wistar rats serum which have oral administration of the ganfukang dropping pill By comparing the constituents in the preparation of the ganfukang and the constituents in the serum taken from wistar rats we discover that baicalin, caffeoylquinic acid ,schisandrin,saikosaid-d is the original constituents absorbed into the blood under the detection of the UV.As regard to other constituents absorbed into blood ,we need further research.from the reseach above we set up the high mid low dose groups ,By comparing the HPLC fingerprint we know that increasing the dose of the baicalin can increase the cumulative amout of the baicalin in the serum .this remind us that increasing the dose of bacailin will improve the curative effect.
