| [Objective] The objective of this investigation is to get the message from therapeutic effect of connection between back-shu and from-mu points on DGP. To conclude the mechanism of action of connection between back-shu and from-mu points.[Method] 60 in patients with DGP who had Clinical symptoms were randomed allocation to treatment group and control group. 30 patients in each group. Treatment groupe received connection between back-shu and from-mu points prescription, while control groupe had pills of Cisapride Tablet。To investigate the clinical effect on DGP with connection between back-shu and from-mu points prescription.[Results] The total effective rate of syndrome of feeling fullness and distension in the upper abdomen rat is 93.3% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group. Accelerating gastric emptying between two groups is statistically isn't significant in post-treatment(P>0.05). The ratio of adverse effect between two groups is significant in post-treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]1, Connection between back-shu and from-mu points prescription is better for improving the clinical symptom and accelerating gastric emptying of DGP.2, Connection between back-shu and from-mu points can obviously relieve syndrome of feeling fullness and distension in the upper abdomen, the curative effect is outweigh over have pills of Cisapride Tablet especially in portion, ache, belching, sedes abnormality.3, In The ratio of adverse effect aspect, connection between back-shu and from-mu points prescription is outweigh over have pills of Cisapride Tablet。...
