For the medicine 6 months, separately observe for the medicine 3 months, 6 months and stop the medicine latter two weeks big mouse's general condition, the heart function and the pathology morphology change situation, and computation internal organs coefficient change.Finally: In gives the medicine time and the recovery period high, center, the low monitoring team and the blank comparison group big mouse general condition is good, has not appeared poisoned the response; The hematology determination result showed RBC,MCV,LY,MONO the NEUT time main effect and the different dosage and the cyclical interactive effect has the significance(P<0.05).WBC,EO the different dosage and the cyclical interactive effect has the significance(P<0.05); CK dose factors and time factors interaction(P<0.05); GOT dose factors and the time factor no interaction(P>0.05); The pathology morphology shows the high monitoring team to have the pathological change in various time heart.Conclusion: Qi Shao to awake the brain pellet to the wistar big mouse, in the internal organs coefficient not obvious influence, the pathology morphology the high dosage is influential to the wistar big mouse heart function; center,low dosage not obviously affects to the wistar big mouse heart function.
