Treats AD The Medicine (Qishao To Awake Brain Pellet) To The Big Mouse Kidney Function Influence Experimental Study

Objective: The experiment that Wistar rats are the object of study,study on the treatment of AD drugs(Qi Shao xing nao pellet)on kidney function,Clearing and definiting its toxic effects, and establish the basis working for six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 120 Wistar rats were randomly divided into high,medium,low dose group and the blank contrast group. Giveing medicine for 3 months,6 months, and observe the ones which have been given medicine for 3 months,6 months and 2 weeks after withdrawal of the general state of rats,routine blood test , kidney function and pathological changes, and calculate organ coefficient changes.Results: In the administration and recovery phases of high,medium,low dose group and the blank contrast group were generally in good condition and showed no toxic reactions; The results of routine blood test showed that RBC,HCT,EO,BASO doses of the main effects of the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), Hb,WBC,LY,EOS,NEUT,PLT dose of the main effects of the difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05); RBC,Hb,HCT,MONO,EO,PLT time for the main effects of the difference has statistical significance (P <0.01), WBC,LY,NEUT,BASO time for the main effects of the difference has no statistical significance (P> 0.05); RBC,WBC,EO dose factors and time factors have interaction(P <0.01), Hb,HCT,LY,EOS,NEUT,EOS,PLT dose factors and the time factor have no interaction (P> 0.05); blood urea nitrogen (BUN) at different doses and the cycle of interactive effect has statistical significance (P <0.05), organ coefficient have no statistical significance. In Patho—morphology, kidney function have some toxicity on the high dose group at the end of 2 weeks later.Conclusion: Qi Shao xing nao pellet have no the obvious effect in Wistar rat routine blood test,Kidney function,Visceral,organ modulus.In Pathomorphology , with the withdrawal after two weeks of high-dose group , Wistar rat kidney function have received a certain toxicity, and medium,Low doses of Wistar rat kidney function were not significantly affected.
