The Observation Of Qiji Jianli Oral Liquid's Effect To The COPD's Clinical Symptom

OBJECTVIE:Through the observation of the patient's symptom and the animal experiments'efficacy,reasch Qiangji Jianli Oral liquid's results.METHOD:1, Observation: 60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and the control group. Each side with 30 cases. Control group to be treated only by western medicine. The treatment group add Qiangji Jianli Oral liquid at the basic of western medicine. Each side will be treated for three months. Then observe the two groups's before and after symptoms and the quality of lifes(QOL) changes.2, Animal experiments: Let the Wister rats smoke, and inject lipopolysaccharide from the bronchia, and rhubarb's decoction with gavage method to create deficiency model of COPD, and then divided them into blank group,model group,control group and treatment groups. The Control group will be injected with Qiangji Jianli Oral liquid. The control group be injected with NS, After the successful model, observing the treatment group and the control's pathological result and the bronchia's thickness changes.RESULTS1, Curative effect:1) Symptom: Symptoms before and after treatment:The treatment group cough, expectoration, dyspnea, rale's improvement better than the control group. (P＜0.05)2) The quality of life: After experiment,treatment group and control group has significantly different changes before and after treatment, the treatment group's improvement to the quality of life in patients is better than the control group, the difference was significant(P＜0.05)2, Experimental study:1) Pathological examination: Bronchia inflammation in rats showed exudative lesions. Some cell hypertrophy. Model group's rat lung's damnification is worst in the 4 groups, and the same of the lung remodeling, bronchia's reconstruction's degree for Qiangji Jianli Oral liquid is inversely proportional to the dose used.2) The thickness of bronchia:Except the blank group, all groups rats's lung can see the structure of the bronchia thickening, model group's thickening is the most serious and the treatment of bronchia is smaller, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). high-dose group's bronchia thickening is lower than the low dose group, compared of them, the results was significant (P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONSQiangji Jianli Oral liquid can significantly improve the clinical COPD patients cough, expectoration symptoms of the patients with COPD,and can improve the quality of life, COPD can resist COPD's injury-remodeling process.
