Objective:According to the epidemiologic survey of the TCM symptom-sign ofgastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) and the modern metadata technique, weresearch the regulation of TCM symptom-sign in gastroesophageal reflux diseaseand raise standard, objective method to differentiate symptom and sign forclassification of syndrome, so that provide evidence to determination oftreatment and scientific research.Method:1. Literature ResearchAccording to the summarize of research status and analysis of modern work,we found that the pathogenesis of GERD is very complicated. The differantiationof sympon and sign for classification of syndrome is in disorder.2. Clinic ResearchWe design questionnaire of TCM symptom-sign of GERD at the base ofinvesgation to literature and remark from expert. We deplay epidemiclogicalinvestigation to collect date of syndrome of GERD, and establish data baseto research the regulation of TCM symptom-sign in gastroesophageal refluxdisease by descriptives method and classify method.Result:158 cases are collected include 76 male (48.1%) and 82 female (51.9%). The age is range from 18 years old to 65 years old, mean age 44.50±10.70 year. The course of disease is from 1 month to 10 years.1. 158 cases are classify to six group by Classify method. They are liver and stomach stagnated heat type, incoordination between the liver and stomachtype, splennic asthenia and moist heat type, weakness of the spleen and atomachtype, depressed vital energy and stagnation of phlegm type, asthenic yin ofstomach type. Liver and stomach stagnated heat type is the most one. Next areincoordination between the liver and stomach type(19.6%), splennic astheniaand moist heat type(16.5%) and weakness of the spleen and atomach type(11.4%). The least one is depressed vital energy and stagnation of phlegm type(7.0%) and asthenic yin of stomach type(2.8%).2. Sthenia syndrome is at most(69.6%), inclusion of asthenia and stheniasyndrome is the next(16.5%), asthenia is the least one(13.9%). Liver andstomach stagnated heat type is the principal type in sthenia syndrome. Weaknessof the spleen and atomach type is the principal type in asthenia.3. TCM sympton-sign of GERD have dependablity to course of disease, butnot for gender and age. The course of Weakness of the spleen and atomach typeand asthenic yin of stomach type are more longer than the other type. The courseof liver and stomach stagnated heat type, incoordination between the liverand stomach type and depressed vital energy and stagnation of phlegrn type areshorter than the other type.4. TCM sympton-sign of GERD have dependablity to gastroscope stage. Liverand stomach stagnated heat type, incoordination between the liver and stomachtype are the major composition in stageⅠand stageⅡ. Weakness of the spleenand atomach type is the major composition in stageⅢand Barrett esophagus.Conclusion:1. Liver and stomach stagnated heat type, incoordination between the liverand stomach type are the major type of syndrome of GERD.2. Sthenia syndrome is the major type of GERD. Inclusion of asthenia andsthenia syndrome and asthenia are less than the sthenia syndrome.3. The course of Weakness of the spleen and atomach type and asthenic yinof stomach type are more longer than the other type.4. The level of esophagitis is more serious in asthenia syndrome thaninclusion of asthenia and sthenia syndrome and sthenia syndrome.
