ObjectiveAccording to the epidemiologic survey of the TCM sympton-sign in operative treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebraldisc in the aged on early stage and the modern metadata technique,we research the regulation of the TCM sympton-sign in operative treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebraldisc in the aged on early stage and raise standard,objective method to differentiate symptom and sign for classification of syndrome, so that provide evidence to determination of treatment and scientific research.Method1.Literature ResearchAccording to the summarize of research and analysis of modern work,we found that the pathogenesis of the TCM sympton-sign in operative treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebraldisc in the aged on early stage is very complicated.The differentiation of sympon and sign for classification of syndrome is in disorder.2.Clinic ResearchWe design questionnaire of the TCM sympton-sign in operative treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebraldisc in the aged on early stage at the base of invesgation to literature and remark form expert.We deplay epidemiclogical investigation to collect date of syndrome of syndrome of GRRD,and establish data base to research the regulation of TCM symptom-sign in gastroesophageal refulx disease by descriptives method and classify method. ResultWe carried out on the 273 patients from Oct.2006 to Jan.2009 who meet the inclusion criteria with clinical cases to investigate,Of which 134 cases of male(49%) and 143 case of female.The age is range from 60 years old to 69 years old include 160 Patients,from 70 years old to 79 years old include 70 Patients,from 80 years old to 90 years old include 43 Patients.273 cases are classify to four group by Classify method.They are qi deficiency with blood stasis type,dual deficiency of qi and blood type, blood stasis due to qi stagnation type and asthenia of both the spleen and kidney type.Qi deficiency with blood stasis type(43.9%) is the most one.Next is blood stasis due to qi stagnation type(26%).And then are dual deficiency of qi and blood type(16.8%) and asthenia of both the spleen and kidney type(16.8%).ConclusionQi deficiency with blood stasis type and blood stasis due to qi stagnation type are the major type of syndrome of operative treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebraldisc in the aged on early stage.
